I was looking for a macro lens for my camera when I came across an article written by
Stephen Elliot. In the article he shows how you can take a normal (18-55mm) wide-angle lens, reverse it and tape it back together. The method is called reverse lens macro and t
his is sort of what it looks like.
I was super curious to try this before I decide which macro lens to purchase. Here are the results:
1/12th Scale Miniature General Tso's Chicken |
1/12th Scale Miniature Chinese Dumplings / Potstickers |
1/12th Scale Miniature Double Cheeseburger & Fries |
Also, the pictures have tendency to turn out really dark, but I like them for my first try.
Adios,
Toni
